Star Wars T-Shirts

When my hubby forwarded me an email featuring Obi Wan Kenobi saying may the fourth be with you I realized that it was Star Wars Day - I'm not sure how I missed it as it's the 5th here in Australia as I write this, but I still felt I needed to feature Star Wars tees today.

You can wear a Star Wars t-shirt with pride any day of the year, don't save it for May 4th and Star Wars Day.   I have a friend who would love to wear one to work every day, but working in the financial industry he has to stick with business attaire!

The only problem is which one - personally I like the classics like Chewbacca and I think this Star Wars tee is an awesome one, I mean who would you choose as a co-pilot??

Of course for my hubby I would have to go with a t-shirt featuring Yoda such as this Star Wars tee -


Only because he does such a great Yoda impression and he'd probably get a kick out of it.   Years ago when we still lived in New Zealand he had a friend (who's also left Kiwiland) and together they used to quote practically the whole of the Star Wars movie - the original one that is.

You can keep your Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia (yes I'm still talking the original trilogy here), the stars of the movies are featured in the next Star Wars tee-


R2-D2 and of course C-39O.....now apparently you can't write about Star Wars t-shirts without including someone from the darkside, I'm talking of course about Darth Vader and this next t-shirt tickled my funny bone.

Tees with Memories

I was very lucky a few weeks ago to find a Born in the USA t-shirt, it was totally unexpected as I was actually looking through some cheap, I mean economically sensible, shirts for hubby when I spotted it.   Apparently my eyes lit up so hubby had to say those words we all love to hear - "Buy it!" I used to love Bruce Springsteen's Born in the USA album and would play it constantly as a teen.   I was very considerate towards my family by the way - I always made sure that the record player ( yes, the album was on vinyl) was turned up loud so that they could all enjoy the Boss belting out his songs! Rainy Day T-Shirts

Well it has been a really wet start to the summer here in South East Queensland - although NSW aren't fairing much better if pictures on the news are anything to go on. This is the view of one of our local footy grounds yesterday afternoon. This morning the sun was shining and I thought woo hoo! Very happy as I had to go in to school and see dd's teacher instead of using the drop off zone - my umbrella's broken and I haven't replaced it so getting wet wasn't appealing to me. Just before lunch the clouds opened up again and I can see a little river running rapidly down the road along the gutters.....I hate to think what the footy field looks like right now. Five Fun T-Shirts for Women

 If you're looking for some fun t-shirts for women then look no further than here.  We have found five fun, sassy (and comfy) t-shirts that she'll love. These t-shirts can all be found on Zazzle, which means that when you purchase one an independent designer somewhere is probably doing a little 'happy dance'. Let's look at them all individually and see which one you prefer, personally, I think I might need all five! Purchase here!
